Ecom revolution strives to give paramount importance to respecting the privacy of its customers and prospects, the users of the websites it manages, and the confidentiality of their personal data. This data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications. When sending SMS messages, your phone number will be transmitted to an SMS carrier to ensure delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing messages and notifications by SMS, reply STOP to any mobile message sent by us or use the unsubscribe link we have provided in one of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of unsubscribing, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a valid means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which allows us to obtain more details about the browser and operating system you are using.

ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our services and products.
Your data is stored in Shopify's data storage system and databases, and in the general Shopify application. Your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment:
If you complete your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information is retained only as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is complete, the purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is the result of a joint effort by companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
The PCI-DSS standard requirements ensure the secure processing of credit card data by our store and its service providers.

ARTICLE 5 – SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

Ecom revolution takes all necessary measures to ensure the security of the personal data it collects. No personal data is stored on Ecom revolution 's premises; the personal data collected is hosted by our specialized subcontractors (web hosting, autoresponder/emailing, payment systems, accounting). Access to the servers or secure databases managed directly by Ecom revolution is restricted by a strong username and password, via an encrypted SSL/HTTPS connection. The servers are hosted in highly secure Shopify data centers that hold multiple certifications (ISO 27002 and ISO 27005, SOC 1 and 2 Type II attestations).
COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies we use. We have listed them here so you can choose whether or not to allow them.
_session_id, a unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information related to your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (based on the visitor's location) the following day. Calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer.
cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information related to your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique session identifier
storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, it is used to know if the current visitor has access.

ARTICLE 9 – DATA RETENTION PERIOD
To comply with its legal obligations or to obtain the necessary information to assert its rights (accounting, taxation, access tracking, etc.), Ecom Revolution may archive data under the conditions stipulated by regulations. Personal data related to the operation of websites managed by Ecom Revolution is stored for three years in our computer databases after the last detected login to our websites. Personal data of Ecom Revolution customers is stored for three years after purchase in our computer databases, and then for the legally required retention period in our accounting documents or databases.
