Returns and cancellations

We offer a 100% "Satisfaction or Your Money Back" guarantee.
Our policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.

1) Cancel or modify an order

We prepare orders very quickly, usually within 12 hours.
You therefore have 12 hours after your purchase to request a cancellation or modification by emailing info@inairi.com .
Beyond that point, the package is already being handled by our logistics department and can no longer be modified.

2) Package not received

Our average delivery times are 7 to 14 working days after dispatch (allow a few extra days outside Europe).
If you do not receive your item within 30 working days , we will give you a full refund and you can keep the product if it arrives after that time.
Contact us at info@inairi.com to report a package not received.

3) Incorrect size or simply a change of mind

You have 30 days after receipt to request a size exchange or a return.

A) Free size exchange within 30 days

We will send you the correct size free of charge , once per order, within 30 days of receipt.
• Simply write to us at info@inairi.com ; we will send you the procedure and the return address.
• If you can prove that the size doesn't fit you, you can keep your first items :)

B) Return for refund within 14 days

1) Full refund via the original payment method
• Amount: 100% of the value paid.
Return shipping costs: to be borne by the customer.

Important hygiene:
Since it is impossible to guarantee that a product has not been worn or used, all returned items are systematically washed, disinfected and refurbished before being put back into stock.

Return procedure (refund or exchange)

  1. Write to info@inairi.com to declare your return.

  2. Receive the procedure + the form to complete.

  3. Return the item along with the form to the address indicated.

  4. After quality control, we proceed with the chosen exchange or refund .

4) Broken or defective item

An incident may occur during delivery.
Contact us within 2 days of receipt at info@inairi.com with :
• your order number
• a description of the problem
• a photo or video of the defect observed

After analysis, you will be able to choose between:
• a free return of a new item , or
• a refund (full voucher or via the payment method used, according to your preference).

Important Notes

• Non-compliant returns (stained, damaged items, items without labels, without packaging or outside the deadline) may be refused.
• To expedite processing, keep the original packaging and include the return form.
• All requests must be submitted via info@inairi.com so that we can follow your case effectively
